Ted Talks above is a video about exploring why you dream. As mentioned in the video, dreams give us a lot of roles and influence. For example, we also dream to achieve our inner desires. On a supportive basis, the famous psychologist Freud argued that it is related to satisfying our unconscious needs.

Furthermore, it reduces anxiety and helps you recover. Some researchers argue that one purpose of dreaming is to alleviate painful experiences for mental treatment. Reproducing a trauma situation in a less stressful dream is because it gives a clearer perspective and develops the ability to handle it in a mentally healthy way.

Finally, dreams improve memory and solving ability, or on the contrary, they also help you forget things to forget.

What I felt once again while watching this video is that dreams don't just end in dreams, but they help us live our daily lives. In the previously mentioned novel, which was my starting point, there was content that you need to get enough sleep and dream to have a daily life. The video showed that the contents of the novel were made based on scientific facts.
